Please review this admissions process to ensure your application is processed in a timely fashion, Insha'Allah. 

1. Before filling out our application, browse through our website or contact us for an overview of our school. Also look for our open house dates for a chance to visit our school.
2. Read through the entire packet and review the documents you are required to provide with your application.
3. Ensure that you have the documents necessary to complete your application (see admissions requirements for this information).
4. Please mail, fax or email your application, along with copies of the required documents to our office.
5. Once we have recieved all the information required to fulfill your admissions application it will take between 3 - 5 business days to process your application. Within that time your child's admissions test schedule will be determined.
6. You will be contacted by our office with an admissions test schedule date which will take place at Sylvan Learning Center (Pre-K 3 applicants are not required to take this exam). This exam helps us determine your child’s academic strengths and whether Good Tree will be a good fit. Administered by specialists at the Sylvan, the testing process determines your child’s eligibility based on reading and mathematical readiness. Applicants for Pre-Kindergarten 4 – 1st grade will be tested objectively to evaluate their readiness.
7. Pre-Kindergarten and kindergarten students will be subject to a preliminary interview process with our admissions team.
8. Should your child require additional testing, a recommendation will be issued following your results and another test scheduled by phone within 48 hours.
9. The results of your child’s admission to Good Tree will be provided in a formal letter and verbal confirmation within 2 – 4 weeks after testing. Should your child be accepted to our school, you will be required to confirm his/ her seat in writing or by phone within 2 – 3 business days. Failure to confirm your child’s seat may result in reassignment to other applicants.

Students accepted to Good Tree must attend our Registration Day to receive further information about classes.

Please complete the entire application and prepare copies of all required documents before submitting to our office. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
