Good Tree Academy

All applicants are required to submit the following with his/her application:

• Certificate of Birth
• Social Security Card
• Immunization Records
• $195 non-refundable application & testing fee (please make checks payable to: Good Tree Academy)
• $150 for Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 non-refundable application & testing fee (please make checks payable to: Good Tree Academy)

1st – 7th grade Entrance

Applicants applying for grades 1 and above are required to submit the following additional information:

• Report cards from the most recent academic quarter and previous academic year
• Most recent standardized test results
• Two letters of recommendation from a non-family member

Montessori Entrance

Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years of age on or before December 1st of the year they are applying.  Ages 3 & 4 Entrance: Students applying for Pre-K 3 must be 3 years of age on or before September 1st of the year they are applying and must be:

• potty trained
• weaned from bottles
• able to speak and understand English

Students applying for Pre-K 4 must be 4 years of age on or before December 1st of the year they are applying and must be:

• fully potty trained
• able to speak and understand English

The following documents are recommended to assist in your child’s admission process:

• Documentation of previous Hifz and/or Arabic language achievement
• Tutoring assistance & extracurricular records and/or reports
• Documentation showing that your child has been screened for English as a Second Language (ESL) and does not require ESL services
• Preschool reports and/ or records for KG applicants
